NEW SESSION: Wednesdays, Mar 5 – April 9, 2025
As you age, it is more important than ever to take a proactive approach to your health and wellbeing. We all want to live independently with mobility, vitality and energy into our old age.
My gentle yoga classes are designed for people who want to maintain and improve their strength, flexibility and ability to balance. We work to increase range of motion and strength in shoulders, back, hips, core, knees and legs; and, to develop better balance through a sequence of postures and exercises. Props, including yoga blocks, straps and a chair are available. The classes are suitable for all levels and modifications to postures are provided throughout the class. The class ends with a relaxing, guided meditation. All you need to bring is your yoga mat!
