Who Shows Up When It Matters Most?
When a loved one is diagnosed with a life-limiting illness, families are suddenly faced with more questions than answers.
Who do they turn to for guidance? Who walks beside them when the path becomes overwhelming?
At Home Hospice North Lanark, the answer is often our Program Coordinators—compassionate professionals who show up with calm, care, and clarity when it’s needed most.
We are currently seeking a Part-Time Program Coordinator to join our team.
This is more than a job. It’s an opportunity to be a source of hope and steadiness for families in our community during some of their most vulnerable moments. Our Program Coordinators meet clients where they are—literally and emotionally—helping them navigate care decisions, find resources, and feel supported.
This role is ideal for an experienced RPN or RN with training in palliative care, and a passion for community-based, client-centered work. It’s a Monday to Friday position with no shift work or weekends, and plenty of heart.
If this speaks to you—or someone you know—please apply to chair@hhnl.ca by Wednesday, September 17, 2025. Full job description and details available at www.hhnl.ca/careers.
We thank all who apply; however, only those candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
