I was out Friday morning up to the grocery store and TWO different vehicles driving had their little dogs jumping all over them while driving (on their laps), in their faces, hanging out the window, barking, etc. One lady was also eating something and the dog was trying to get it while she was turning. So you can imagine what could have happened!
It’s illegal to use cell phones and text while driving but not illegal to have a dog jumping all over your lap while you
are driving. This is just as bad.
