All property owners should attend, listen, and express their feelings. Contrary to Mr Gallagher’s comments, these districts have been positive to both the property owners and the community as a whole. We have had a number of public meetings and none of the concerns he has raised were substantiated. As an owner of properties in the proposed district I find it interesting that Mr Gallager has avoided contacting a large number of the owners.
