For a decade now the Bill Lawrence family and others have been assembling an excellent display of Canadian military memorabilia at Levi Home Hardware on Ottawa Street.
Profiled are many local men who lost their lives in past wars. It’s an impressive and moving exhibit.
The store donates a dollar to the Almonte Legion for each customer entering the store on Remembrance Day.
