Beloved husband of the late Isobel F. Blaney. Dearly loved and respected father of Lillian Russo (David) of Seattle, Wash., and Bill of Almonte. Brother of Earl Lowe (Kay), Elsie Campbell, Edna McNeely and Doris Axford. Predeceased by his sisters; Elva Munro, Jean Jelly, Gladys Manchester & Hilda. Loved grandpa of Marc and Matthew.

For visiting on Monday, December 7 from 2 to 4 & 7 to 9 PM and where Service will be held in the Gamble Chapel on Tuesday at 11 AM, Pastor Zakaria Mandara officiating. Interment with his wife Isobel in United Cemeteries, Carleton Place.
Masonic Brethren are invited to attend a Service in the Gamble Chapel on Monday at 6:45 PM.
