Dear friends and volunteers,
We invite you to join us at Union Hall on Thursday, May 28, for our Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will be preceded by a potluck supper.
Please bring a favourite dish that you enjoy sharing with others. To keep clean up simple, we also ask that you bring a plate for serving yourself from what is sure to be a tasty selection of food.
We will gather at the Hall at 5:30 p.m. and begin our AGM by 7 p.m. The AGM agenda follows below and is expected to wrap up by 8 p.m.
