The prize for the third week of the Almonte & District Horticultural Society’s ‘Yard of the Week’ goes to 24 Malcolm St., Almonte. The flower beds around the historic home, backing onto the hill above Malcolm Street, add to the splendor of the setting. The stone wall in front is a key feature and a welcoming arbour, covered with clematis and honeysuckle, lead you up the walkway to the house.
