656 Bellamy Mills Road, Clayton is the home of gardeners Sue Adams and Geoff Stewart. This lovely garden and outdoor space includes an ornate iron front gate that opens to a large goldfish pond framed by ‘Hakuro-nishiki’ dappled willow and large boulders and centred with one of many statuary. The gravel paths lead to two pergolas with comfy seating Along the way are peonies, irises, hosta, geraniums, foxglove, chives, hydrangea, smoke bush, and blue spruce. The bees are a buzzing and the birds are welcomed to a bird bath and bird houses. Sue encourages a wayward purple lupin to grow at the mid-point of the front steps.
