Fall news from Home Hospice North Lanark

Fall is a season of gratitude and community.

As the colours of autumn begin to brighten our communities, we are reminded that every season brings opportunities to connect, support one another, and make a meaningful difference. At Home Hospice North Lanark, we witness this every day, in quiet moments of presence, in conversations filled with compassion, and in the steady support offered to individuals and families when they need it most.

Home Hospice North Lanark continues to provide compassionate care, comfort, and hope to individuals and families facing life-limiting illness, all at no cost to those we serve. This important work is only possible because of the generosity of our donors, volunteers, community partners, and supporters.
This fall is an exciting time for Home Hospice North Lanark. We invite you to join us for our Hike for Hospice throughout the month of October and our Autumn Country Show & Dance on October 25. These events not only help raise vital funds but also bring our community together

Compassion Connection-22nd edition. Fall is a Season of Gratitude and Community.
