Local puppeteer is to be honoured at the Canadian Institute of Child Health for her excellence in using puppetry to teach children and for her family oriented events. Noreen is a long time resident of Almonte and recognized as one of Canada’s finest puppeteers. She is the founder and director of Puppets UP! International Puppet Festival which just completed its 9th year in Almonte.
