A very talented Almonte resident Kathleen Fry is justly famous for her intricately carved Halloween pumpkins. So talented, that parents bring their children to Shepherd Street in Almonte on Halloween just to look at them. She has been carving pumpkins for many years, with as many as 26 in her front yard and she carves for the hospital, her office and various organizations around town. Kathleen is a paramedic and a former jeweller. Perhaps that accounts for her precision. Below are samples of her work . Remember, these are all hollowed out pumpkins lit by tea lights
