The residents of Coleman’s Island today wish Desi & May Giles the very best on this 70th anniversary of their wedding.
Desi grew up on the island. The couple married when they were 17 and 18 years of age and Desi and May have lived on the island for 70 years. Desi worked in the Dairy. Ottawa’s CTV LIVE will be interviewing the couple by phone about their life together on Monday August 10 at 7:05 am.
