3.  Marianne Faithfull was a famous British pop singer from the last part of the last century.  She was a girlfriend of Mick Jagger.
4.  During his lifetime, Vincent Van Gogh sold only one of his paintings, The Red Vineyard at Arles.
5.  Camels were introduced for use along the Cariboo Trail in the 1860s.  They were used in mule trains but the mules would not follow the camels and besides, their soft feet were no match for the rocky trails.  They were turned loose in the Thomson Valley in1905.
