Grief and Bereavement Support Group

Navigating grief is a deeply personal journey, but no one has to face it alone. Home Hospice North Lanark (HHNL) is offering a safe and supportive 7-week Grief and Bereavement Support Group beginning Tuesday, April 7, 2026.

This small, closed group program provides a compassionate space for individuals who are experiencing loss to share, reflect, and learn coping strategies alongside others who understand the challenges of grief. Sessions are facilitated in a respectful and confidential environment, encouraging connection and healing.

Program Details:

  • Dates: Tuesdays, April 7 to May 19, 2026
  • Time: 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
  • Location: Zion Memorial United Church
  • Format: Closed group (maximum 10 participants)

Pre-registration is required, and space is limited to ensure a supportive and intimate setting.
