The Food Section of Millstone News is pleased to welcome Susan Hanna who will bring recipes to our readers with a twist next Thursday and each second Thursday. Susan loves to cook but learnt to modify recipes as her husband has life-threatening allergies to food additives. Susan will appear very two weeks in the Millstone News with a modified recipe. This is timely, as more and more people are finding they are allergic to different foods. The recipes are made without additives and preservatives, e.g. MSG, sodium benzoate, sulfites, artificial colours and flavours. Susan’s has a blog called "Eye for a Recipe" and posts under the name of "Recipe Sleuth at http://eyeforarecipe.ca/. I will continue creating recipes for the other Thursdays.
