Yesterday (Tuesday, November 8) as I was driving north on Bridge Street, past the LCBO, what should I see in the opposite lane, but a concrete mixer truck. In all respects, it was just like any other such truck, except for the colour. This huge vehicle was painted top to bottom in a lovely shade of rosy pink! I couldn’t believe my eyes! Then I wondered, why? Was part of the money received from the sale of this truck donated to breast cancer programs? Or did Mary Kay cosmetics have an unusually large order of foundation make-up to mix? If you know anything about this lovely pink concrete mixer truck, please share! I really want to know!
