Have you heard that there is a major development planned for the Pinehurst Manor property?
The proposed new businesses are a combination conference facility with a restaurant and banquet hall, as well as new three-story and two-story hotel buildings, 27 guest cabins, and an indoor and outdoor spa center.
This facility will host functions with as many as 175 guests at a time and it offers a total of 62 guest rooms in the property’s various buildings.
The calm and safety of our residential neighbourhood is certain to be impacted by this development. The nature and size of the enterprise will increase vehicular traffic, noise and general activities around our residences.

If you are concerned about the development and what it means for your family and home, the town is holding a public meeting on the zoning for this development Tuesday, December 2 at 6 pm in Council Chambers at 3131 Old Perth Road. You can attend the meeting either in person or by Zoom.
