Home Hospice North Lanark (HHNL) is inviting members of the community who are coping with the loss of a loved one to participate in a new 7-week Grief and Bereavement Support Group beginning Tuesday, August 18, 2026.
Grief affects everyone differently, and healing often begins by connecting with others who understand. This supportive group provides a safe, compassionate, and confidential environment where participants can share their experiences, learn healthy coping strategies, and receive encouragement from others on a similar journey.
The support group will meet every Tuesday from August 18 through September 29, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Home Hospice North Lanark Office, Unit #2, 500 Ottawa Street, Almonte. Lots of parking and building is accessible.
To ensure a comfortable and supportive experience, the group is limited to 10 participants and will remain a closed group throughout the seven-week program.
Registration is required, and spaces are limited.
