Almonte’s Mississippi Valley Young Naturalist program is featured on North Country Public Radio in New York state. Listen to the item here. We may be justifiably proud of our local naturalists who plan activities year round to encourage the love of nature in young people. Their activities include nature walks, bird-watching, canoe trips and public lectures – as well as efforts to record, research and protect flora and fauna in the area.
