A memorial service will be held at 1pm on February 6, 2016 at Capital Funeral Home & Cemetery, 3700 Prince of Wales Drive Ottawa. The family requests that any donations be made to the Substance Use and Concurrent Disorders program at The Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre, 1145 Carling Ave. Ottawa, or Lanark Leeds and Grenville Addictions and Mental Health, 88 Cornelia St., W., Smiths Falls.
