The well-known Ottawa arts and culture website Apt 613 is working with the Town, and with local merchants, foodies and artists, to draw crowds to Almonte this Saturday, October 25.
As part of its ‘Support Local’ series — usually dedicated to venues in Ottawa — Apt 613 has planned events that will draw visitors to Almonte throughout the day. The Town will be running shuttle buses from Ottawa to accommodate visitors who don’t have transportation.

613 Pop-up Shop

Old Town Hall, 14 Bridge St, Almonte
Head down to the Old Town Hall for the 613 pop-up shop. Featuring some of the area’s best crafters, makers, boutiques and more, with local bands serenading your pop-up shopping experience.
Mississippi Mills Showcase
10am-4pm
Old Town Hall, 14 Bridge St (2nd Floor)
Come and discover some of Almonte’s arts and treasures, from Fulton’s maple syrup to local photographers and painters.
Pop up LUNCH at Dandelion Foods
10:30am-4pm
Dandelion Foods parking lot, 451 Ottawa Street, Almonte
Shelf your lunch box for this pop up food truck event. Select local ingredients from Dandelion Foods, Almonte’s newest organic grocer, will be deliciously prepared by LUNCH, Ottawa’s good food truck. Local food has never tasted so good!
