Just read your article on Mr. Muldoon and his quest for a more fitting memorial.
Many times the current one has been mentioned and, a few times it is referred to as a split rock. I wonder though, how many people realize that the split rock was chosen to illustrate dramatically how the troop train split the passenger coaches in half.
