I’m guessing Pearl Crescent, but I’m no lepidopterist — readers?
I’m sending a photo of the most beautiful butterflies that appeared in a swarm of 2 to 3 dozen as I walked out on my verandah this morning. They are small — less than 1″ wingspan. I’ve never seen so many all at once and wonder if your readers can identify them.
I checked Google but there are a lot of kinds of butterflies.
It sure made my day.
