For the Birds: Yellow Birds

Cheryl

by Cheryl Baxter

It’s been a while!  Sorry I haven’t posted for the last few weeks.  I have been incredibly busy and haven’t had a chance to hike, let alone snap photos.

I was off this morning and was inspired as we had some Evening Grosbeaks visiting our feeders on the deck. It felt good to snap some shots.  Unfortunately these birds were pretty shy.

In Pakenham a couple of weeks ago, I photographed some Mergansers on the Mississippi near the 5-Span Bridge.

Please enjoy these few shots.  Hoping to pop in more frequently.  I’ll do my best.

Keep your eyes open for those Snowy Owls!  Apparently they are already making an appearance in the Ottawa area.

Take care,

~Cheryl
