Back in April, I wrote how a council vote likely spelled the death knell for public input into a change in Council composition (story . After talking to our acting clerk, Rob Tremblay (who has now left for a permanent job in Meaford), I found a procedural way to reintroduce the public process. The motion comes before the Committee of the Whole on Tuesday.
