I’ve been receiving a growing number of Billboard items that are missing moderately important information, such as “when actually is the event?”
Or the item has the date but two hours later I receive a frantic email saying “sorry, wrong date on poster!”
Likewise, I’ve received several classified ads lately with no contact info, which tends to reduce the likelihood of a successful sale. In my experience anyway.
Yes yes, I’m the editor and I should catch such omissions. I often do, but not always.
Folks… can you do me (and you) a favour and give your items one last proofread before you send them my way?
