Rate Pay: $24.58/hr to $28.38/hr

Position Summary:
ConnectWell Community Health is hiring an hourly position for Driver, Respite Services. This position is responsible for providing safe transportation to our Respite clients to and from programs and medical appointments.
The ideal candidate will be willing to work a split shift, which includes picking up clients in the morning and driving them home in the afternoon. A company vehicle will be provided and is parked at one of our respite homes located in the Perth area.
This position includes the option to participate in HOOPP (Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan).
Qualifications:
- A valid driver’s license and valid insurance
- Secondary School Diploma (preferred)
- Experience as a capable, competent driver
- Flexible schedule to support program and client needs
