One of the interesting aspects of working on the web as long as I have — 23 years now — is discovering that there are still new and unexpected ways to break things.
We were offline for a number of hours overnight and into today, this time because of a single email that didn’t get to us when it should have. It was related to the site’s domain name, and it turns out it was a fairly important one.
Anyway, we got the re-sent email and we’re back online. Always an adventure …
