If you are requesting a Part II order, the deadline is today, February 1 so you will need to send by e-mail. The Millstone and the Riverwatchers have received conflicting information on whether an e-mail submission will be accepted, but prudence suggests that you should e-mail comments in any case. Even if a request for a Part II order is not accepted on the basis of your request, the Riverwatchers and the town have already made one. Your comments can be taken into consideration in any Part II review.  Here is how to request a Part II order and the considerations that apply.

Other concerned authorities will be

  • Fisheries and Oceans Canada
  • Transport Canada
  • Ministry of Natural Resources
  • Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sport
  • Ministry of Labour
  • Mississippi Valley Conservation Authority
  • Ontario Energy Board
  • Town of Mississippi Mills

For a list of what approvals are required from these authorities, please see the Enerdu Final Environmental Report

Expressions of concern should be addressed to the Minister.
