Today as I drove past the Veteran Memorial Walkway on Church street I noticed the addition of the Canadian maple leaf overlaid with a poppy below the wording, ‘Veterans Memorial Walkway’ on the large stone at the Walkway entrance. Whoever is responsible for designing the entrance to the Walkway, they have done the veterans proud and helped ensure, “We will remember them”. Bravo Zulu – Well Done.
